TSS operates from three service depots throughout the island of Ireland. Our headquarters is in Dublin and we have satellite facilities in Limerick, in the West of Ireland and Hillsborough in Northern Ireland.

From our premises in Dublin, our service department co-ordinates every breakdown call. Using a combination of our three depots around Ireland, we provide unrivalled coverage to service your breakdown needs. With our 20-plus breakdown vehicles and 24-hour call out from Dublin, Limerick and Hillsborough in County Down, Northern Ireland, we can reach most areas within a maximum of two hours.

We can also arrange fridge breakdowns in the UK and on the continent using our Carrier oneCALL™ European-wide breakdown service.

By specifying Carrier Transicold you have acquired advanced transport refrigeration units and by combining this with our everCOLD™ fixed cost full service maintenance package you can be confident in receiving the optimum level of product support to help keep your fleet operating efficiently and effectively.

EverCOLD™ options allow you to decide the levels of support that are right for you.

You can choose to add or exclude items such as travel to your premises, international coverage, regulatory checks or even the service and repair of other equipment, such as temperature recorders and telematics.

Choose Your Duration

The everCOLD™ package allows you to fix your costs over a specified term that’s linked to your usage profile, including equipment age and running hours. If your business requirements change and you need to take vehicles off your fleet early, you can remove up to 10% of your fleet from your everCOLD ™ agreement each year without penalty*.
